Apple Health and integrations

When you connect Apple Health or another integration, WorkItOut uses authorized data only for the features you enable, such as recovery insights, activity context, and daily guidance.

Your controls

You should be able to review, export, update, and delete your data. Privacy controls are intended to be clear, accessible, and owned by the user.
